• Define the BCG refractory disease and treatment options outside of radical cystectomy for BCG refractory disease.
• List patient and tumor characteristics that are associated with improved outcomes with Trimodal therapy for muscle invasive bladder cancer.
• Describe 3 methods being evaluated to improve bladder preservation therapy in patients with BCG refractory disease and muscle invasive disease.
