Objectives:
• Exemplify for the advancement of women in medicine.
• Cite evidence-based data and peer-reviewed studies relating to gender equity and equality and implicit bias.
• Analyze the data and research on gender bias and gender equity. Gain the ability to instruct others on the topic.
• Identify barriers existing for women physicians and create constructive solutions to be implemented for systemic change.
• Develop skills for career development and tools to help create programming at other institutions.
• Define strategy to overcome imposter syndrome.
• Describe the differences between sponsorship, mentorship, coaching aud the utility or each.
• Indicate ways to become involved in advocacy through medicine.
• Describe the best way to use social media to help further your message, advance your career, gain career satisfaction and to network
