Treatment for Disruptive Behavior Disorders (DBDs) is organized by The REACH Institute and will be held on Sep 26, 2025.
Description:
Disruptive Behavior Disorders (DBDs), including Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) and Conduct Disorder (CD), are among the most common reasons children and adolescents are referred to mental health specialists. These disorders can lead to academic struggles, family stress, and long-term mental health challenges.
The Treatment for Disruptive Behavior Disorders course equips clinicians with structured, evidence-based approaches to identifying, diagnosing, and treating DBDs in children and adolescents. This training will teach you to empower parents and caregivers with effective strategies to promote positive behavior and improve family dynamics, while helping children develop self-regulation, problem-solving, and social competence skills.
Participants will receive a structured treatment manual with session-by-session guidelines and reproducible client handouts.
This training consists of two key components:
Each component is led by REACH’s national faculty of renowned psychologists. Participants receive a structured treatment manual with session-by-session guidelines and reproducible client handouts. Those who complete both components will receive a certificate of completion.
