The Society for Pediatric Radiology (SPR) 2023 Body MRI Course is organized by The Society for Pediatric Radiology (SPR) and will be held from Oct 05 - 06, 2023.

Overview:
This live online course will feature two days of didactic and interactive presentations to discuss workflow, safety, performance, interpretation, and troubleshooting of chest, abdomen and pelvis MRI examinations emphasizing the latest developments and techniques. We will provide opportunities for participants to interact with out experts via break-out rooms and case-presentations. Content presented will also discuss the value and complementary role of MRI in conjunction with other imaging modalities for particular pediatric diseases

Learning Objectives:
•  Discuss the use of routine body MRI techniques and methods for improving the medical and surgical care of pediatric patients.
•  Review advanced body MRI techniques and methods that are being increasingly applied in pediatric body MRI, including quantitative imaging.
•  Recognize the importance of sharing knowledge and clinical experiences regarding pediatric body MRI.
•  Understand role of MRI (including advantages and disadvantages) compared to other imaging modalities (e.g., CT, ultrasound) used in pediatric radiology.
