Both parties have also become less rigid in their research processes/policies while still maintaining GCP standards. Due to the pandemic and restricted access to facilities, stakeholders are beginning to develop a more patient-centric approach to ensure research continuity and more flexibility for patients to receive treatment. This live webinar attempts to explore strategies to address the next frontier of a patient-centric approach: home healthcare. By considering this population for clinical research, there is potential to address patient visit compliance concerns, ensure proper treatment is administered, and potentially increase patient retention. Ultimately, this approach could advance efforts to address health disparities in underrepresented, underserved communities where there are socioeconomic disadvantages.
