Description:
The 45th SOHN Annual Congress and Educational Virtual Symposia will provide ORL and head-neck nurses with networking opportunities and evidence-based learning experiences that will:
• Enhance ORL nursing practice through education on the advances in technology and treatments for patients with ENT and head - neck conditions.
• Build nursing leadership and mentorship skills.
• Provide the tools to empower ORL nurses to disseminate and incorporate the knowledge gained at Congress into their daily practice.
• Engage ORL nurses in an environment of peer networking, collaboration and rejuvenation.
• Enlighten ORL nurses across all levels and sub-specialties of the changes in patient care guidelines and professional practice.
