Renal Dialysis Course is organized by University College London (UCL) and will be held from Jun 23 - 25, 2021.
Target Audience:
The course is aimed at Specialist Registrars in nephrology, but is also of interest to other healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients with chronic renal failure.
Accreditation:
During the current pandemic, the Royal College of Physicians (RCP UK) are awarding the same number of CPD credits for a live-streamed event as they would for a live event. In previous years, the course has been awarded 20 category 1 (external) CPD credits, and we anticipate this year’s Renal Dialysis course will be awarded the same. The RCP have also stated that participants accessing the archived version of an event can record this in their CPD diary using the approval code for up to four weeks after the event. You will receive an Attendance Certificate after the course.
Description:
The management of end-stage renal failure by dialysis forms a central component of all renal units. However, it is often the least intensively taught component of nephrology training. This 3-day course is a thorough introduction to dialysis, from basics to new developments. Our expert faculty will provide comprehensive coverage of all aspects of dialysis and end stage renal failure.
Additional details will be posted as soon as information is available.
