Accreditation:

Overview:
This two-day, live course offers an interactive environment for participants to address trending issues pertaining to must-pass elements in Health Plan Accreditation (HPA), including implications for derivative products (i.e., UM-CR-PN, Credentialing, MBHO). Critical aspects for interpreting requirements that impact Accreditation status are also discussed. For applied learning, faculty lead activities are included to provide attendees with opportunities to interpret requirements pragmatically. In accordance with the NCQA Education and Training Program Terms of Use and Participation, each participant must register individually as shared access is strictly prohibited.

• Distinguish and evaluate key attributes of must-pass elements and critical factors.
• Address common misconceptions of requirements.
• Critique scenarios to effectively manage requirements.
