PALTC21 Virtual Annual Conference is organized by The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term care Medicine - AMDA and will be held from Mar 11 - 14, 2021.

Physician CME:
AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine designates this other activity (live and recorded video) for a maximum of 31.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Maintenance of Certification (MOC):
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 31.75 Medical Knowledge MOC points and patient safety credit in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

Overall Goal:
The overall goal of this program is to enhance participants’ knowledge and competencies by providing the latest developments and tools available to improve the delivery of quality care in PALTC medicine.

Learning Objectives:
Upon conclusion of participating in this educational activity, attendees should be able to:

• Analyze available data to improve process and promote quality improvement in PALTC.
