Motor neuron disease is a complex clinical entity for both patients and health care providers. This presentation will cover the clinical aspects of ALS and provide differential considerations between Dropped Head Syndrome and cervical myelopathy. Motor weakness in the upper extremity is frequently encountered in chiropractic practices. This presentation will provide the chiropractor with updated insights into this clinical complexity.
