MSK Radiology Course - Pre and Post-op Cross-Sectional Imaging of Joints 2026 is organized by Unilabs Academy and will be held from Aug 31 - Sep 02, 2026.

Description:
This cross-sectional imaging fellowship will highlight the pre-op and post-op imaging and clinical correlations of different joint derangements in the body including hip, shoulder, knee, ankle, wrist, and elbow among other smaller joints. Various procedures for osteochondral lesions, ligament, tendon, and pulley-plate reconstructions will be discussed with pre- and post-intervention normal and abnormal imaging appearances, particularly on MRI.

The modalities used during the course will be X-rays, CT, and MRI.

Unilabs Academy online radiology courses are held in a virtual classroom on Zoom. Participants are encouraged to engage in discussions using their camera and microphone to recreate the face-to-face experience.

In this small group environment among your peers, you are free to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn together with the support of Dr. Chhabra. Online sessions are recorded so you can review them on your own time following the training.

Please note that this online fellowship does not include DICOM cases, unlike standard Academy fellowships.

Learning Objectives:

Gain knowledge of different procedures done for hyaline and fibrocartilage, tendons, and ligaments of different large and small joints
Learn pre-operative joint and tendon lesions and normal post-op imaging appearances
Gain knowledge of different complications of such surgeries for internal joint derangements, and their imaging appearances, particularly on MRI

Post-operative complications of various joints, tendons, cartilage, and ligaments
Plenty of time for Q&A with the radiologist mentor
