Midwest CHD Regional Connections monthly virtual community – a gathering where the heart community comes together to celebrate connections, share stories, and build lasting friendships. Whether you have a congenital heart condition, or are a caregiver, supporter, or healthcare provider, this is your chance to discover how others navigate the challenges of CHD and find strength in the shared experiences of our community members.
This is a recurring monthly virtual community, held online at 5 p.m. Central time. Attendance is free, but registration is required to access the Zoom meeting link.
