Description:
Health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) is poised to play a critical role in helping systems achieve greater efficiency and sustainability, establish stronger linkages between evidence and policymaking, and enhance health equity and access. In this summit, participants will gain a better understanding on how HEOR will be used to improve healthcare decision-making for the Latin America region and will cover topics such as:
• Through and beyond COVID-19 in Latin America - how HEOR informs health policy to tackle key challenges such as prioritization of health resources and adequate integration of new health technologies
