Indiana Ethics, Jurisprudence & Professional Responsibility is organized by Indiana Dental Association (IDA) and will be held on Sep 15, 2023.
Description:
Dentists and hygienists are invited to participate in an interactive discussion of professional ethics, a review of the ADA and IDHA Principles of Ethics, and a discussion of the most recent changes in Indiana dental law. The course will include a review of the most frequently asked questions IDA staff receive regarding ethics and jurisprudence. Participants will also learn what best-selling author John Maxwell describes as, “An integrity guideline for every situation.”
Lecture Objectives: A review of IDA and IDA Principles of Ethics; An update on Indiana dental law; and Tips for navigating ethical “sticky situations” that can be applied both at home and on the job. Participants will fulfill the Indiana State Board of Dentistry’s CE requirement of two hours of training on Ethics; Professional Responsibility and Indiana dental statutes and rules.
