Description:
The Implementing Collaborative Care with Adolescent and Pediatric Patients Training is built upon the content provided in the foundational training, Implementing Collaborative Care (“Base Training”). This training is intended to help the primary care physicians, psychiatric consultants, behavioral health care managers, and other primary care practice team members gain the foundational knowledge and skills for implementing Collaborative Care with pediatric and adolescent populations.

Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  • Apply the Collaborative Care Model with the pediatric and adolescent population, focusing on patient caseload, suicide assessment, and treatment of depression and anxiety and other common issues.
