Head & Neck Radiology 2025 is organized by European School of Radiology (ESOR) and will be held on Apr 23, 2025.

Description:
This course is intended for senior residents (level II), board-certified radiologists, and fellows interested in Head & Neck Imaging. The course will be a half-day intensive program that will include cutting-edge lectures and case presentations. The topics covered reflect the variety and diversity of the anatomical structures and related functions that comprise the Head and Neck including the skull base, temporal bone, pharynx and brachial plexus.

Learning Objectives:

  • To review the role of various imaging modalities and revise the imaging anatomy of the skull base, nasopharynx, oropharynx, middle ear and brachial plexus.
  • To understand the key imaging features, the differential diagnosis and imaging pitfalls related to tumors of the skull base, nasopharynx and oropharynx
  • To review the key imaging features of temporal bone lesions causing conductive hearing loss and to understand their impact on patient management
  • To learn about the key imaging features of the most common lesions causing brachial plexus impairment.
