The Cedars-Sinai Nursing Innovation Forum is a groundbreaking global event presented by the Geri and Richard Brawerman Nursing Institute. This four-hour, CME-accredited program explores how nurses and healthcare professionals can harness artificial intelligence, creativity, and leadership to drive innovation and organizational transformation. Participants will gain insights into accelerating idea development, navigating intellectual property pathways, and leading change within complex healthcare systems all while advancing the global voice of nursing innovation.

Objectives:

  • Analyze emerging applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in nursing and healthcare delivery to evaluate their potential to enhance clinical decisionmaking, patient outcomes, and system efficiency.
  • Evaluate strategies within the nursing innovation process that promote creativity, accelerate idea development, and translate frontline insights into actionable, sustainable solutionsincluding pathways for intellectual property protection and patent development.
  • Collaborate within interdisciplinary teamsincluding nurses, allied health professionals, and healthcare innovatorsto synthesize leadership approaches that advance an innovation ecosystem and empower all members of the healthcare workforce to influence organizational transformation.
