Description:
This presentation will highlight surgical and restorative techniques to achieve predictable outcomes in esthetic zone implant therapy. immediate implantation, ridge preservation, and ridge augmentation scenarios. Special emphasis will be placed on immediate provisionalization of implants to accomplish optimal peri-implant mucosa architecture, specifically on implant and abutment considerations. Prosthetic aspects will be discussed in relation to peri-implant tissue formation and stability. Techniques to transfer provisional emergence profile to the final restoration will be presented, along with critical elements of restorative treatment and materials.

Learning Objectives:
• Clinicians should be able to implement a new treatment methodology based on the pre-extraction condition of teeth in the esthetic zone
• Discussion on implant characteristics and selection criteria for different scenarios
• Single units and full arch clinical applications
• Clinicians should be able to utilize provisionalization as a means of enhancing peri-implant mucosa architecture
• Clinicians should be able to properly design abutments and select prosthetic materials that promote peri-implant tissue stability
