OVERVIEW

6th European Congress of Immunology (ECI) is organized by Serenas Group and will be held from Sep 01 - 04, 2021.

Description:
Throughout the ECI 2021 Scientific Program Committee will put emphasis to discuss the molecular and cellular basis of autoinflammatory/autoimmune diseases as well as neuroimmune and allergic and newly emerging orphan diseases along with cancer, reemerging infectious and neglected diseases. Within this pandemic era, without a doubt the latest developments regarding COVID-19 will feature prominently in several sessions throughout the ECI 2021. Scientific Program Committee will put special emphasis on this topic with two specific symposia dedicated to the pandemic.

The scientific program will offer 10 main and 20 regular symposia and several plenary sessions staged by Nobel laureates, world-renowned immunologists and clinicians in addition to joint symposia with guest societies from around the world in the live program. Additionally, Bright Sparks and other workshops sessions with short oral presentations, selected from submitted abstracts, will be included within the live program to allow interaction and discussion among early-stage career scientists. New this year, there will also be Best Poster Sessions and most notable posters will stage within the live program to recognize the work of poster owners. Lastly, e-poster hall will house all accepted posters and the comment and chat functions will enable interaction of early career researchers with other colleagues and exchange their data during the virtual Congress.

ECI 2021 will implement a state-of-the-art virtual platform to provide our participants, speakers and industrial partners access to the scientifically stimulating program, valuable discussions and networking opportunities through various chat functions and video chat rooms that will enable all of us to network within our global immunology community. Virtual ECI 2021 will allow participation from around the world making the congress the premier event of the immunology community.
