The Domain A course provides an overview of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and the physical and mental health conditions that are commonly associated with it. Emphasis is placed on how biopsychosocial context can impact an individual’s access to diagnosis and treatment of ASD, in addition to how integrated care can be tailored to promote more effective, timely, person-centered care to people on the spectrum.

Week 3 - Risk Factors and Genetic Related Disorders
Week 4 - Comorbidities
Week 5 - Evidence Based Treatment

This course is open to the general public and anyone interested in learning more about Autism Spectrum Disorder.
This course can serve as a bridge course for those missing the Autism Core Knowledge course required by QABA®. If you plan to use this course to fulfill QABA® coursework, you must meet the QABA® requirements.
