CPD Masterclass: Infection Control is organized by Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (RACDS) and will be held on Apr 19, 2023.

Overview:
This CPD Masterclass will focus primarily on protocols and current developments in infection control in the practice of dentistry and the responsibilities of dental practitioners and their clinical support staff. It includes developments that have been driven by the COVID-19 pandemic, including transmission-based precautions. The content of this masterclass has been fully updated for 2023.

This masterclass is particularly relevant to registered dental practitioners of all types and dental assistants, especially those who have not recently undertaken an infection control course.

The masterclass is delivered in a series of videos, which participants watch over several weeks from 3 May, followed by an online live question and answer session. This ensures that participants have the opportunity to work through all the videos before the Q&A in April.

Pre-recorded lectures and lecture notes will be accessible via Learning Management System from Wednesday, 3 May 2023
Live question and answer session is held online via Zoom from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM AEST on Wednesday, 19 April
