Chest Imaging 2025 is organized by European School of Radiology (ESOR) and will be held on Apr 09, 2025.

Description:
This course provides a comprehensive overview of advanced imaging techniques for diagnosing and managing key thoracic conditions. Participants will learn how to effectively investigate suspected pulmonary embolism, recognize pulmonary manifestations of vasculitis, and diagnose pneumonia using imaging. The course also covers mastering the differential diagnosis of mediastinal masses, identifying imaging findings related to drug toxicity, and understanding the role of imaging in the follow-up of patients after radiotherapy. This course adheres to level I and II of the European Training Curriculum and equips participants with essential knowledge for improving patient outcomes.

Learning Objectives:

  • To understand the investigative approach for patients with suspected pulmonary embolism
  • To become familiar with the pulmonary manifestations of vasculitis
  • To learn the role of imaging in diagnosing pneumonia
  • To master the differential diagnosis of mediastinal masses
  • To recognize imaging findings related to drug toxicity
