Description:
Join NCQA leadership and CCE faculty for a round table discussion about how they prioritize patient-care during challenging times and how they stay on track with PCMH priorities. Faculty will review how PCMH practices readjusted quality improvement activities during this past year. Participants are asked to complete the pre-evaluation survey to share their successes as well as to help us identify priority topics they would like faculty to discuss.
