Description:
The Childbirth Center at Griffin Hospital and Griffin Health pelvic floor physical therapy specialists offer a free monthly virtual class to help expectant mothers prepare their bodies for before, during and after childbirth. Participants will learn about the benefits of physical activity and exercise, and changes to pelvic floor function during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

• Exercise guidelines during pregnancy
• Pelvic floor and pregnancy
• Preparing your body for childbirth and beyond
• Postpartum recovery; exercise, core strength, scar management
