Join our CAP-CT Panel of Experts to explore clinical integration, complex case studies, and billing.  Come prepared to ask questions or present cases to learn best practices in caregiver-inclusive care for healthcare professionals.

Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

• Gain an understanding of how to build collaboration with caregivers to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care.
• Learn how to manage complex cases from the experts including best practices for including caregivers as part of the care team.
