Adult spinal deformity (ASD) is a condition that has a considerable impact on the patient’s health and functional status. However, there is no consistency in the treatment management of ASD pa-tients. The AO Spine Knowledge Forum Deformity and AO Spine Asia Pacific jointly developed the AO ASD Patient Profile, which provides a systematic multimodal approach of gathering information about each patient to drive decision-making.
