Anxiety Management in Primary Care

Anxiety Management in Primary Care is organized by MediConf UK Ltd and will be held on Dec 09, 2026.

Learning Objectives:
Identifying the Spectrum and overlap of the different anxieties including GAD, Panic, OCD , PTSD

• Understand what is “Anxious thinking”
• Support patients with anxiety, by understanding and using “Beck’s Equation”
• Tools in treatment and management including:
  • Medication
  • Therapies
  • Developing a toolbox of options for all consultations

I will provide an evidence base to develop your confidence and understanding. I will also use examples from people who have influenced my approach to Mental Health over the years which may include professionals and well known people in the public eye.
