What strategies and programs is the health care industry employing to move its facilities, staffing, and operations from surviving to thriving? How is the industry dealing with the changing health care delivery and business models it is facing?

The goal for attendees is to understand the facility and infrastructure pressures their clients are facing and what they are doing to overcome them.

Join them for an exploration of the many facets of resiliency, including helping staff bounce back from stress, changing care models, and creating facilities and infrastructure to withstand man-made and natural disasters.

Understand the key challenges that health care organizations are facing related to medical professionals’ mental health conditions/burnout and their impacts on quality care. Hospitals and medical facilities play a critical role in the recovery from extreme weather, terrorist attacks, or other disruptions; they too must have resiliency plans and strategies to reduce the risk of downtime and loss of life.

Hear examples of health care organizations’ capacity to recover from disruptive events and return to a prior state. Learn about the unique challenges in providing critical access to care in rural communities and reaching marginalized populations.

The Summer Leadership Summit features seven interactive 90-minute sessions, on the latest in health care design. Speakers will engage with attendees with interspersed Q&A and live polling. The educational track is complemented by intentional networking opportunities, allowing you to catch-up with friends and colleagues and make new connections using an easy-to-use networking platform.
