Description:
The Advanced Practice Pharmacist Certificate Program is an innovative program that will enhance and assess the knowledge and skills of pharmacists necessary to become an APh.  This program reviews the skills expected of an APh and ensures that candidates completing this program are ready to take on the additional authorities granted by the statute passed in 2013 which also recognizes pharmacists as healthcare providers.

The program consists of five modules reviewing patient assessment, ordering and interpreting drug-therapy related tests, patient referral, drug therapy management and documentation.
