Trimester - 3: Acne & Rosacea Course is organized by The Australasian College of Dermatologists (ACD) and will be held from Aug 21 - Nov 05, 2023.

Description:
These courses are designed to provide Doctors and related health professionals with knowledge and skills in a range of Dermatology and skin health areas to develop their expertise and confidence in dealing with patients who present with dermatological conditions. It aims to assist you in the day-to-day management of these patients and in making the decision as to when to refer a patient to a dermatologist.

Completion of this course does not provide you with qualifications in dermatology or guarantee you access to the ACD Specialist Training Program. In order to practice as a Specialist Dermatologist you must complete the ACD Specialist Training Program.

Course Learning Outcomes:
At the successful completion of this course, you should be able to:
• Identify and describe cutaneous changes that may be associated with acne and rosacea
• Critically analyse clinical cutaneous observations and/or investigations to diagnose acne and rosacea
• Plan and develop treatment and management regimens appropriate to acne and rosacea
• Assess when to refer a patient on to a specialist dermatologist

This online course will familiarise you thoroughly with acne & rosacea and provide the facts required to confidently manage patients with mild to moderate symptoms of both.
