2nd Orthopaedic Research UK (ORUK) Advanced Online Course for Paediatric MSK Physiotherapists is organized by Orthopaedic Research UK (ORUK) and will be held from Jan 12 - Feb 16, 2026.

Description:
Following the popular and successful 1st course in 2022, we explore the latest developments in the key areas of children’s MSK practice. Based not on didactic lectures but on real case vignettes, we cover the new directions, novel concepts, and what we can learn from the recent literature and guidelines. We tackle the controversies, the red flags and the referral criteria, and encourage a common language and understanding between physiotherapists and paediatric orthopaedic surgeons (and others), to promote communication and collaboration so we can work together in the best interests of our young patients.

Suitable for all physiotherapists who see children as part of their caseload, this course will also be of interest to paediatric occupational therapists, orthotists, orthopaedic specialist nurses, orthopaedic surgeons and paediatricians.

By the end of the course, you will be confident in being up-to-date with the latest clinical concepts, red flags and referral criteria, as well as all the important national guidelines for children with MSK problems.

All sessions will be recorded, you will have access to all recorded sessions and be able to revisit these as and when you require.
