North Carolina Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons (NCSEPS) 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting is organized by North Carolina Society of Eye Physicians & Surgeons (NCSEPS) and will be held from Sep 25 - 26, 2021.

Target Audience:
The target audience includes active practicing and academic ophthalmologists, fellows, residents in training, medical students, and physician assistants employed by ophthalmology practices and/or academic departments.

Description:
The purpose of this educational activity is to present important medical and surgical updates in the field of ophthalmology and to provide comprehensive reviews of various ocular disorders. The program strives to improve the breadth of knowledge of attendees in order to enhance their clinical practice and continue to improve the quality of patient care.

Objectives:
At the conclusion of this educational activity participants should be able to:
• Identify causes of double vision following cataract and refractive surgeries and discuss how to identify patients at risk
• Gain new insights in the diagnosis and management of uveitis
• Review updates on glaucoma
• Analyze options for controlling post-operative inflammation following cataract surgery
• Discuss how to select an intraocular lens prior to cataract surgery
