Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

○ Unmet medical need in patients with cancer whose disease does not respond to or becomes resistant to programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1)/programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and/or cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA-4) inhibition
○ Avenues of immune modulation beyond PD-1/PD-L1 and CTLA-4 inhibition to improve immune recognition of cancer cells and tumors
○ Mid-to-late stage clinical trial data on the use of novel strategies to modulate the immune system to treat patients with cancer
