Conference Description :
The goal of the RadioGraphics articles designated for self-assessment CME and their accompanying tests is to increase understanding of the radiologic characteristics of a variety of pathologic conditions and physics principles.

Conference Objectives are :
• List the imaging features of the full spectrum of disorders in the 2013 American Thoracic Society chILD classification system.
• Discuss the importance of the temporal division of chILD into infant and later childhood onset and of a sound understanding of pulmonary organogenesis and surfactant homeostasis in aiding radiologic diagnosis.
• Describe the application of secondary lobular anatomy to the interpretation of thin-section CT images for understanding patterns of ILD and narrowing the differential diagnosis.
