Description:
Rural FPA Journal Club returns this fall.

Every two weeks, participants will review an article, followed by a case discussion led by a specialist. The format is virtual, asynchronous, and flexible. Topics include obstetric anesthesia, postoperative neurocognitive complications, and induction agents.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify key points of articles and put them into context.
  2. Discuss the validity of study findings.
  3. Consider how results and conclusions apply to rural practice, and may also apply to policy, education, and future research.

The Division of Continuing Professional Development, University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine (UBC CPD) is fully accredited by the Continuing Medical Education Accreditation Committee (CACME) to provide CPD credits for physicians.
