Activity Objectives:

Current Classification and Terminology of Pediatric Vascular Anomalies: Self-Assessment Module is organized by American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS) and will be held during Oct 22, 2013 - Oct 21, 2019.

The target audience for this medical event is readers of the AJR, radiologists, radiologists in training, and other health professionals with an interest in pediatric vascular anomalies. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s).

Conference Objectives are :
• Cite the features that lead to an appropriate classification of a vascular lesion in a child.
• Describe the imaging features of the most common vascular lesions and be able to choose the appropriate imaging modality with which to assess a new lesion.
• Determine what, if any, therapeutic intervention is necessary for a given lesion.
• List some of the more common syndromes that include vascular anomalies and be able to cite the additional features seen in the syndrome.
