Description:
BI-RADS® v2025: What Every Breast Imager Needs to Know
The American College of Radiology (American College of Radiology) has released BI-RADS® v2025, the first major update to the BI-RADS system in more than 12 years. This comprehensive revision reflects dramatic advances in breast imaging technology, reporting standards, and clinical practice.
This full-day, 8-hour CME course provides a practical, case-based deep dive into the most important changes across mammography, digital breast tomosynthesis, ultrasound, MRI, and contrast-enhanced mammography. Faculty will highlight what has changed, why it matters, and how to implement BI-RADS v2025 confidently and consistently in daily practice.
Participants will gain clarity on updated lexicons, revised breast density assessment, assessment category refinements, and new guidance for emerging modalities. Emphasis is placed on reducing inter-reader variability, improving report consistency, and aligning practice workflows with the new BI-RADS manual.
