Active Release Techniques (ART): Lower Extremity Level 2 is organized by Active Release Techniques (ART) and will be held from Jul 23 - 26, 2026 at Active Release Techniques, Cold Spring, Colorado, United States of America.
Description:
ART Lower Extremity Level 2 provides evidence-based instruction of the necessary skills to detect and treat soft-tissue anomalies and dysfunctions of the feet, ankles, legs, knees, hips, and surrounding structures. ART Level 2 seminars instruct practitioners to identify and treat alterations in tissue texture, tension, function, and movement between two structures. This approach allows for proper relative motion that may result in improved outcomes. Throughout the seminar, attendees review the muscle and soft-tissue structures of the lower extremity, and how to evaluate and appropriately treat the disorders using the ART Diagnostic Algorithm and 72 advanced manual protocols. Lower Extremity Level 2 techniques can be used to treat a broad list of disfunctions, including runner's knee, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, and other soft-tissue dysfunctions.
