2nd Annual New England Sports Nutrition Conference is organized by Hartford HealthCare (HHC) and will be held on Apr 24, 2026 at Bone & Joint Institute at Hartford Hospital, Hartford, Connecticut, United States of America.

Description:
This unique event you will learn from elite level sports dietitians who have decades of experience and developed sports nutrition programs at major universities. Lectures will examine the latest evidence-based research, yet what makes this conference unique is it will include one-of-a-kind guided conversations with selected presenters. These guided conversations provide an intimate access to the top minds in sports nutrition and their applied strategies in fueling next level athletes. At the New England Sports Nutrition Conference, you will learn and connect with other sport nutrition professionals and aspiring dietitians with catered lunch to network with others.

Objectives:
As a result of participating in this activity, learners should be able to:

  1. Examine performance nutrition intervention which have fueled Division 1 Athletes, future NFL athletes preparing for the NFL combine and MLB.
  2. Integrate real-world examples of applying evidence-based practices from Division 1 to professional sports to improve performance.
  3. Analyze the intersections between food fears in athletes with eating disorders.
  4. Discuss nutritional needs and meal planning for endurance athletes with eating disorders.
  5. Explore future innovations in the sports nutrition / sport science world including technology and supplements from industry experts.
