Thursday Main Conference
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

Describe emerging mechanistic and translational research findings related to respiration–swallow coordination, aspiration risk, and aerodigestive health across clinical populations.
Explain how dysphagia assessment and management practices influence clinical outcomes in neonatal, adult, and aging populations, including post-extubation and medically complex patients.
Identify novel tools, technologies, and analytic approaches used to advance dysphagia detection, phenotyping, and longitudinal outcome measurement.

Friday Main Conference
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

Describe developmental and disease-specific trajectories of dysphagia in pediatric populations, including preterm infants and children with neurologic or genetic conditions.
Explain the biologic and inflammatory cascades associated with aspiration and their relevance to clinical risk stratification and prevention.
Identify key features of preclinical models and community-engaged research approaches that support translation from bench to bedside in dysphagia research.

Saturday Main Conference
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

Explain evidence-based and emerging treatment approaches for dysphagia, including rehabilitative, behavioral, and cross-system interventions tailored to specific disease phenotypes.
Describe advances in dysphagia measurement, including reliability, sensitivity to change, and clinical utility of physiologic, patient-reported, and technology-enabled outcome measures.
Identify emerging topics and innovative research directions that are shaping future clinical practice, translational science, and mentorship in dysphagia.
