2-Day Advanced Injectables Course (Botox and Filler) is organized by Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM) and will be held from Jan 17 - 18, 2026 at Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Program Overview:
The 2-Day Advanced Injectables Course is designed for practitioners with foundational experience in aesthetic medicine, aiming to master advanced techniques in injectables. This comprehensive program focuses on advanced cannula techniques, multi-layer injection methods, and pan-facial assessments to deliver natural, harmonious results.
Participants will explore skin treatments such as skin boosters and mesotherapy, alongside combination therapies for optimal patient outcomes. Upon successful completion of the course, including passing the online exams, participants will receive a certificate from the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM).

Step 1: online materials

  • Basic Injectables Refresher: Aging concepts, golden ratio, upper face anatomy, neurotoxin basics (reconstitution, comparison), dermal fillers (fat compartments, HA filler types, rheology), injection techniques (lip, cheek, upper face), complication management.
  • Advanced Techniques: Neurotoxin, fillers, periorbital rejuvenation (tear trough, dark circles), lower face (marionette, chin, jawline, nasolabial), cannula techniques, peri-oral muscles, skin boosters, mesotherapy, pan-facial approach, Jawline and Mandibular margin, Temporo Mandibular Joint (TMJ Dysfunction), Masseter Reduction, Bruxism & Grinding, Gummy Smile & Migraine Headache.
  • Injection Methods: Cannula-based (chin, temple, tear trough, jawline), multi-layer (lip, midface, jawline, neck, under-eye).
  • Consultation & Complications: Aesthetic consultation, advanced complication management (vascular, inflammatory).

Step 3:  2-Day Hands-on Practical Sessions

The 2-day hands-on practical component, conducted in multiple cities across the US or Canada, provides intensive training on advanced injectable

techniques. Students will learn and practice:

  • Cannula Technique: Safe and precise application for midface, jawline, neck, and tear trough

Multi-Layer Injection Techniques:

  • Midface volumization
  • Lip augmentation and refinement
  • Jawline contouring
  • Neck rejuvenation
  • Under-eye and tear trough correction

Skin Treatments:

  • Application of skin boosters for hydration and texture improvement
  • Mesotherapy for skin rejuvenation
