2025 Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES) Annual Meeting is organized by Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES) and will be held from Mar 12 - 15, 2025 at Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, Long Beach, California, United States of America.

Description:
This year’s meeting will include a focus on operating room ergonomics, as well as video-driven education, instruction on the incorporation of new technology like artificial intelligence, and the introduction of new and emerging innovative techniques. We are featuring sessions from experienced experts that will help you optimize your career, such as “Things I Wish I Knew When I Started My Practice”. We have added additional hands-on opportunities including endo bariatrics, impedance planimetry (endoFLIP), common bile duct exploration, and intracorporeal anastomosis. As always, collaboration with multiple international surgical societies will be abundant.

As per the usual SAGES meeting and consistent with this year’s theme, we have planned a plethora of social events and fun gatherings so that you can unwind after a long day of education and learning, including an exciting Family Feud session and beach themed outdoor activities (beach goat yoga, anyone?). The highlight of the meeting will again be the Friday night Main Event with great music and dancing. As always, the SAGES meeting will be a great opportunity to network in a fun and educational environment. We will continue the casual Saturday sessions (no suits or ties), and once again offer childcare!

As with all SAGES meetings, we will put the program in the palm of your hands. The SAGES Meeting App will provide access to meeting content via your handheld devices, and emails and tweets during the meeting will keep attendees informed.
