All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made via this form by January 16, 2025. If your cancellation request is received by January 16, 2025, a 90% refund on your registration will be issued. This policy is applicable to all registration items including main convention registration, preconference(s) registration, lunch and drink tickets, carbon offset contributions, and guest registrations. A refund will not be provided if your cancellation notice is received after January 16, 2025. Please note that this policy will only apply to your SPSP 2025 registration and does not apply to any other reservations made related to the convention, such as hotel accommodations, travel, etc.
Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Note: If the entire convention must transition to a virtual format, those who registered to attend in person will be able to participate virtually.
