The course format offers a comprehensive and scientific update on the essential, relevant subject areas of pulmonology and respiratory medicine with regard to long-term ventilation in 3 days. Current diagnostic and treatment guidelines as well as corresponding treatment recommendations are offered.

The Pulmonology Refresher is focused, informative and up-to-date with the latest science. On the one hand, it offers an excellent basis for further education, training and further education in the field of pulmonology and is therefore particularly suitable for preparing for the specialist examination. On the other hand, the course is also aimed at pulmonologists who want to deepen and update relevant topics in the field of pulmonology.

Experienced speakers and opinion leaders with proven expertise illustrate their topics using scientific studies, guidelines, but also case studies. In particular, the special features of clinical care for those affected are discussed, with all the pitfalls and treatment alternatives.

The Pulmonology Refresher also aims to take participants’ questions and suggestions into account. This means there is enough time to get in personal contact with the speakers both during the symposia and outside of the program.
