Florida Academy of Family Physicians (FAFP) Family Medicine Winter Summit 2025 is organized by Florida Academy of Family Physicians (FAFP) and will be held from Dec 05 - 07, 2025 at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, Amelia Island, Florida, United States of America.
Activity Description:
The 2025 Winter Summit is designed to provide attendees the opportunity to update their medical knowledge and enhance clinical skills through a dynamic curriculum that will allow learners to integrate new and updated guidelines, practices, therapies, and tools into daily practice. The goal of this CME activity is to help attendees develop and implement strategies that will improve patient care delivery and health outcomes.
Overall Learning Objectives:
By the end of the educational activity, participants will be able to:
- Integrate evidence-based guidelines into clinical practice through application of best practices in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions encountered in family medicine
- Enhance clinical decision making and patient-centered care by utilizing diagnostic tools and implementing preventive care strategies to optimize patient engagement and health outcomes
- Strengthen management of various medical conditions by developing approaches for evaluating and treating common and complex conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Stay current with medical knowledge, emerging trends, and office-based procedures to enhance patient care and improve procedural confidence and patient safety
