AmSECT will be applying for approval of 38-44 Category I CEUs by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP). Credit is contingent upon attendance and completion of conference evaluations. Credits are dependent on faculty availability, as schedule is subject to change. Only live attendees (in-person or virtual) will receive credit; no credit is given for on-demand viewing.

To request a refund, you must contact the AmSECT Registration Team at amsect@amsect.org with documentation of your reason for cancellation. All requests must be made by February 21, 2025. Cancellations will not be accepted after that date. AmSECT is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers are subject to change without notice.
Only in the case of loss of employment or death in the family will a cancellation and refund be issued.
All cancellation requests will be reviewed by AmSECT, and if approved, will be processed within 2-3 weeks. Refunds that are approved will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 5 days before the event when requested in writing to amsect@amsect.org.
If you wish to transfer to a virtual conference registration, you must contact the AmSECT Registration Team at amsect@amsect.org. All requests must be made by February 21, 2025. Transfers will not be accepted after that date.
