Description:
In this 14-hour course, participants will explore point selection principles for acupuncture treatments, with a focus on TCM ailments and an introduction to Gua Sha techniques. The curriculum offers a comprehensive 5-hour review of the 12 main meridians, Eight Extraordinary Meridians, basic acupuncture theory, history, diagnostic criteria, and practices such as tongue diagnosis, moxa, and cupping, all aimed at preparing attendees for the final examinations. Practical sessions include a 1-hour hands-on cupping demonstration, emphasizing different mediums and tools for common conditions. The course concludes with a 2-hour written exam and a 2-hour practical test, where participants both administer and receive treatments.

Course Format:
Prior to each live, in-person course, you'll be required to complete an online course module between 4-6hrs in length.  Within each module is a series of video lectures and quizzes to test your knowledge and mastery of the content.  You must complete the online coursework AND attend all in-person courses to complete the program.
