    Refunds If you want to cancel your registration, NCIMS can refund you up until May 20 and release your spot. There will be a $99 charge to cancel and refund your ticket. After May 20, refunds will not be available without emergency circumstances. Transferring Your Pass If you can't make it, you may share your ticket privately, but we ask you do not sell it publicly. If you have transferred your ticket, you must notify us by May 20. No transfers can be issued for passes that are cancelled on or after May 20.
