2025 North American Immuno-Hematology Clinical Education and Research (NICER) Annual Symposium is organized by North American Immuno-Hematology Clinical Education and Research (NICER) Consortium and will be held from Sep 18 - 19, 2025 at Elliot Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States of America.
Description:
They are excited to welcome you to the 2025 NICER Symposium, themed “The Very Hungry Immune System: Understanding the Intersection of Metabolism and Immuno-Hematology.” Join us as we explore the intricate relationships between immuno-hematologic diseases that exhibit metabolic changes and metabolic diseases that present as immuno-hematologic diseases.
Continuing our tradition from previous years, the 2025 symposium will feature popular sessions such as the “Pro-Con Debates” and “Scientific Spotlights,” along with a new "UNHIDE feature". These will showcase the multidisciplinary nature of immuno-hematologic disorders, highlighting both recent advancements and existing knowledge gaps. Additionally, an engaging version of “Speed Networking” will be available for in-person participants.
Objectives:
After this activity, participants will be able to understand and be able to apply in practice advances in the diagnosis and treatment across a spectrum of immuno-hematologic diseases, including complexities of immuno-hematologic diseases with metabolic features. They will also be able to identify and diagnose rare immuno-hematologic diseases, including complexities of immuno-hematologic diseases with metabolic features.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the University of Michigan Medical School and the NICER Consortium. The University of Michigan Medical School is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The University of Michigan Medical School designates this live activity for a maximum of 11.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.
