CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Registration cancellations for the 2024 Autism Conference received by midnight (EST) October 17, 2024, will be subject to a 10% fee. Cancellations received by midnight (EST) November 17, 2024, will be subject to a 25% fee. Cancellations received by midnight (EST) December 17, 2024, will be subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations received on or after December 18, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund, but registration may be transferred to another registrant or a future event. Cancellation is NOT subject to a cancellation fee if transferred to a future event. Please remember, if transferring registration to a future event, you must maintain a valid and current membership for the year of the future event. If, for example, you wish to transfer a 2024 Annual Convention registration to the 2025 Annual Convention, you must maintain the same membership type and renew your membership for 2025 – at the time of transfer.
